What areas do you serve?

Greater San Antonio, TX and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure we cover your address, call or message us and we’ll confirm.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible—same-day is available most days; earlier notice gives you the best choice of time windows.

Do you deliver on Saturdays or holidays?

We deliver on Saturdays. Holiday routes are limited—contact us for availability on specific dates.

Can I get a text or call when the driver is on the way?

Yes—request call/text-ahead and we’ll ping you before arrival.

What information do I need to place an order?

Service address and placement spot, contact phone, dumpster size (20/30/40 yd), delivery date, waste type (household, construction, yard, roofing, etc.), and any access or permit notes.

Do I need to sign anything?

We use simple digital confirmations so you can approve from your phone or computer.

Sizes, Dimensions & Choosing a Dumpster

What sizes do you carry?

20, 30, and 40 cubic yard roll-off dumpsters.

What are the typical dimensions?

Most roll-offs share a footprint around ~22 ft L × 8 ft W. Approx. heights: 20 yd ~4 ft, 30 yd ~5–6 ft, 40 yd ~7–8 ft.

What projects fit each size?

20 yd: cleanouts, small–mid remodels, up to ~35 roofing squares.
30 yd: larger remodels, multi-room cleanouts, light construction.
40 yd: estate cleanouts, commercial renovations, bulky C&D.

How many pickup-truck loads is that?

Approx.: 20 yd ≈ 8–10 loads; 30 yd ≈ 12–15; 40 yd ≈ 16–20(varies by material and loading efficiency).

Not sure which size to pick?

Tell us your project and materials—our team will right-size you so you don’t overpay or run out of room.

Delivery, Placement & Site Prep

How much space and clearance do you need?

Please allow ~60 ft straight approach, ~20 ft vertical clearance, and ~10 ft width free of cars, gates, trees, and wires. A flat, hard surface is best.

Can you place a dumpster on my driveway?

Yes—driveways are common. We recommend laying down wood boards/plywood to distribute weight (especially on asphalt in hot weather).

Can you place the dumpster in an alley or behind a gate?

Sometimes—alley width/overheads can be tight. Share photos; we’ll confirm safe access. Gated placements are fine with a gate code or on-site contact.

Can you set the container in the street or on public property?

Possibly—Right-of-Way permits may be required. We’ll advise; final approval is issued by the City.

Do I need cones or reflective tape if it’s in the street overnight?

Good safety practice and may be required by local rules. We’ll advise based on location.

Can you move the dumpster after it’s set?

Please don’t move it yourself—call us if you need it repositioned.

Loading Rules & Safety

How high can I fill the dumpster?

Level with the top rail only—no material over the sides. Overfilled containers can’t be hauled for safety/legal reasons.

Any loading tips?

Load evenly front-to-back, break down bulky items, put heavier items first, keep weight balanced, and keep tarped during weather to avoid rain-added weight.

Can I load dirt, concrete, brick, or roofing?

Yes, but these are very heavy. Speak with dispatch before loading so we can recommend the right size and avoid weight overages.

Are there weight limits?

Yes—trucks, axles, and roads have legal limits. Your quote outlines any included tonnage and overage rates.

What Can & Can’t Go In

What materials are allowed?

Typical household junk, construction & demolition debris, yard waste, wood, non-contaminated drywall, flooring, cabinets, furniture, most plastics/metals.

What items are not allowed?

No hazardous waste (paints/solvents/liquids/chemicals), batteries, oils/antifreeze, pesticides, propane tanks, asbestos, medical/bio-waste, tires, and sometimes electronics/appliances without pre-approval. Ask us first—local rules apply.

Can I throw away appliances, mattresses, TVs, or tires?

Many require special handling or fees. Ask before loading and we’ll advise the best option (dumpster or a local drop-off).

Can yard waste go in the dumpster?

Yes—branches, brush, and leaves are typically fine. Large stumps or root balls may need a separate plan.

Is roofing material okay?

Yes—tell us shingle type and layers so we can size the box and weight allowance correctly.

Pricing, Billing & Rental Terms

How is pricing structured?

Simple, upfront rate based on size, service location, material type, and rental length. Your quote lists inclusions and any potential extras.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing?

Yes—many jobs qualify with a specified weight allowance. For heavy materials, we’ll customize the quote.

Do you require a deposit? What payments are accepted?

We’ll share payment options during booking; major cards are commonly accepted for residential service.

Are there extra fees I should know about?

Potential extras include over-weight, over-fill/unable-to-haul, unsuccessful trip (blocked/unsafe access), contaminated loads (hazardous/liquid), or permit fees for street placement.

Do you charge for additional days?

We offer flexible rental periods; contact us before your end date to add days at the quoted daily rate.

Service Day Details & Options

What time windows do you offer for delivery and pickup?

Morning and afternoon windows are available; ask about tighter windows when you book.

Can the driver wait while I finish loading?

Short, safe wait times are usually fine; extended wait time may incur a fee.

What if I fill the dumpster early? Can you swap it the same day?

Yes—request a swap (dump & return). Often same-day depending on route availability.

Do I need to be on-site for delivery or pickup?

Not required if the area is clearly marked and accessible; we can coordinate call-ahead and photos once set.

Permits & Compliance

When is a permit required?

Street, sidewalk, or other public-ROW placements generally require a City permit. We’ll guide you on timing and documentation.

Do you handle permits?

We’ll advise on the process and, depending on the job, may coordinate or provide documentation. Final approval is issued by the City.

Are you permitted to haul locally?

We operate in compliance with local and state requirements and dispose at authorized facilities.

Environmental Responsibility

Where does my waste go?

Authorized facilities; recycling prioritized where practical (clean wood, metal, cardboard). Hazardous materials must go to HHW programs.

Do you recycle concrete, metal, or clean cardboard?

Ask about recycling options—clean, sorted loads may qualify for diversion and better rates.

Roofing, Demo & Contractor Notes

How many roofing squares fit a 20-yard?

Planning range: ~30–35 squares depending on shingle type and underlayment. Tell us your tear-off details for an accurate recommendation.

Do you have construction-site windows and multi-box rotations?

Yes—contractor scheduling, staged drops, and rapid swaps are available.

Do you offer contractor or volume pricing?

Yes—recurring customers and multi-site accounts can qualify for preferred rates.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?

Absolutely—send your holder requirements and we’ll issue a COI.

After Delivery & Pickup

What happens if access is blocked on delivery or pickup?

If we arrive and can’t safely service the container (blocked by cars, gates, debris, or low wires/branches), a return-trip fee may apply. Keep the area clear on service day.

Can you remove the dumpster earlier than planned?

Of course—call or text and we’ll schedule an early pickup (often same day).

Will the area be cleaned after pickup?

We sweep around the placement area for loose debris when safe to do so.

Safety & Damage Prevention

How do I protect my driveway?

Place boards under the rails, keep the surface clear of debris, avoid soft ground/sod, and never move the box yourself.

Any overhead clearance rules near power lines or trees?

Avoid placing containers under overhead lines or low branches—drivers need significant lifting space. Provide the clearances listed above.

Residential, HOA & Special Locations

Will my HOA allow a dumpster?

Many do with advance notice. We can provide size details, placement tips, and dates for your HOA form.

Do you service apartments, schools, churches, and event sites?

Yes—coordinate with the property manager/office for placement and access times.

Can you help after a storm or emergency?

Yes—storm cleanups and disaster debris are common. We prioritize rapid delivery and swaps.

Accessibility, Languages & Support

Do you offer Spanish-language support?

Sí. Podemos ayudarle en español—llámenos y con gusto le atendemos.

Can you email invoices and receipts?

Yes—paperless billing and paid receipts are available for your records.

Can I get photos of placement or pickup?

On request, yes—helpful for remote owners and documentation.

Weather & Site Conditions

What if it rains before pickup?

Keep the container covered when possible. Water adds weight and may increase disposal costs.

Will soft ground or mud affect service?

Yes—if the truck may get stuck or the surface could be damaged, we’ll suggest an alternate spot.

Is heat a concern for asphalt driveways?

In hot weather, asphalt can soften. Boards under the rails help distribute weight.

Troubleshooting & Changes

My container is blocked—what should I do?

Clear vehicles/obstacles and let us know as soon as possible to avoid a return-trip fee.

My project scope changed—can I switch sizes?

Yes—contact us for a swap to a larger or smaller size, based on availability.

What if the planned spot turns out unsafe?

Our driver will choose the safest alternative with your approval or call you for directions.
