Loading Rules & Safety
Delivery, Placement & Site Prep
Level with the top rail only—no material over the sides. Overfilled containers can’t be hauled for safety/legal reasons.
Load evenly front-to-back, break down bulky items, put heavier items first, keep weight balanced, and keep tarped during weather to avoid rain-added weight.
Yes, but these are very heavy. Speak with dispatch before loading so we can recommend the right size and avoid weight overages.
Yes—trucks, axles, and roads have legal limits. Your quote outlines any included tonnage and overage rates.
Please allow ~60 ft straight approach, ~20 ft vertical clearance, and ~10 ft width free of cars, gates, trees, and wires. A flat, hard surface is best.
Yes—driveways are common. We recommend laying down wood boards/plywood to distribute weight (especially on asphalt in hot weather).
Sometimes—alley width/overheads can be tight. Share photos; we’ll confirm safe access. Gated placements are fine with a gate code or on-site contact.
Possibly—Right-of-Way permits may be required. We’ll advise; final approval is issued by the City.
Good safety practice and may be required by local rules. We’ll advise based on location.
Please don’t move it yourself—call us if you need it repositioned.
Pricing, Billing & Rental
Simple, upfront rate based on size, service location, material type, and rental length. Your quote lists inclusions and any potential extras.
Yes—many jobs qualify with a specified weight allowance. For heavy materials, we’ll customize the quote.
We’ll share payment options during booking; major cards are commonly accepted for residential service.
Potential extras include over-weight, over-fill/unable-to-haul, unsuccessful trip (blocked/unsafe access), contaminated loads (hazardous/liquid), or permit fees for street placement.
We offer flexible rental periods; contact us before your end date to add days at the quoted daily rate.
What Can & Can’t Go In
Typical household junk, construction & demolition debris, yard waste, wood, non-contaminated drywall, flooring, cabinets, furniture, most plastics/metals.
No hazardous waste (paints/solvents/liquids/chemicals), batteries, oils/antifreeze, pesticides, propane tanks, asbestos, medical/bio-waste, tires, and sometimes electronics/appliances without pre-approval. Ask us first—local rules apply.
Many require special handling or fees. Ask before loading and we’ll advise the best option (dumpster or a local drop-off).
Yes—branches, brush, and leaves are typically fine. Large stumps or root balls may need a separate plan.
Yes—tell us shingle type and layers so we can size the box and weight allowance correctly.
Permits & Compliance
Street, sidewalk, or other public-ROW placements generally require a City permit. We’ll guide you on timing and documentation.
We’ll advise on the process and, depending on the job, may coordinate or provide documentation. Final approval is issued by the City.
We operate in compliance with local and state requirements and dispose at authorized facilities.
Service Day Details & Options

Short, safe wait times are usually fine; extended wait time may incur a fee.

Environmental Responsibility
Authorized facilities; recycling prioritized where practical (clean wood, metal, cardboard). Hazardous materials must go to HHW programs.
Ask about recycling options—clean, sorted loads may qualify for diversion and better rates.
Safety & Damage Prevention
Place boards under the rails, keep the surface clear of debris, avoid soft ground/sod, and never move the box yourself.
Avoid placing containers under overhead lines or low branches—drivers need significant lifting space. Provide the clearances listed above.
After Delivery & Pickup
If we arrive and can’t safely service the container (blocked by cars, gates, debris, or low wires/branches), a return-trip fee may apply. Keep the area clear on service day.
Of course—call or text and we’ll schedule an early pickup (often same day).
